For roofing contractors across the GTA

Roofing website design in Toronto

Elevance Labs builds websites for roofing companies in Toronto and the GTA. A typical build covers every service you offer in every area you serve — usually 60 to 200 pages — with emergency enquiry capture, storm-damage landing pages and full call and form tracking. Builds take eight to twelve weeks and cost $18,000 to $45,000 depending on how many services and areas you cover.

Roofing is won in the twenty minutes after a ceiling stain appears

Roofing demand is almost entirely unplanned. A homeowner notices a stain, a shingle comes off in a windstorm, an inspection fails during a sale. They search, they read two or three companies, and they call one — usually within the hour. Almost none of that decision is about who is the better roofer. It is about who came up, who answered the question, and who made it easy to get in touch.

Most roofing websites lose that race in a predictable way. One page called Services that lists everything in a paragraph. One page called Service Areas that lists thirty municipalities as plain text. No prices anywhere. A contact form and a phone number that goes to voicemail after five. Meanwhile the homeowner searching "emergency roof repair Etobicoke" at nine on a Sunday night finds a competitor with a page written for exactly that.

The fix is structural, not cosmetic. Every service you offer, in every area you actually serve, needs its own page — written for the person searching that specific thing, with your real prices, your real photographs and a way to reach you that works at nine on a Sunday.

What a build includes

A page for every service in every area you cover

Not one Service Areas list. If you replace roofs in Vaughan, there is a page about replacing roofs in Vaughan — with local jobs, local pricing and local answers.

Storm and emergency capture

Landing pages ready for wind and hail events, plus after-hours enquiry routing. Half of roofing leads arrive outside business hours and most competitors are not there.

Real price ranges published

Homeowners compare on price whether you publish or not. Publishing a range filters out the people who were never going to buy and pre-qualifies the ones who call.

Project galleries tied to neighbourhoods

Photographs of your work, attached to the area page it belongs to. This is the strongest trust signal in the trade and almost nobody structures it properly.

Review markup so your rating shows in search

Your star rating rendered in the search result itself, not just on your page.

Financing and warranty explained up front

The two questions every homeowner asks on the call. Answering them on the page shortens the sale.

Call and form tracking on every page

Every enquiry traced to the page that produced it, so you can see which areas and services actually pay.

Structured for AI assistants

A published machine-readable guide to your company so assistants can recommend you accurately when someone asks for a roofer in your area.

Why twelve weeks, not six months

Not by cutting scope. Every page on your site starts from one structured record of your real services, real coverage areas, real prices and real answers — supplied by you, approved by you. Pages, structured data and internal links generate from that record, then every page gets a human editing pass before it ships.

That is why a build of this size is measured in weeks rather than months, and it is why we can afford to give you a page for every service in every area rather than one page that tries to cover everything. It is also the reason we will not build pages for services you do not offer or areas you do not serve — pages without genuine substance are penalised across a whole domain, not just the page.

Questions we get asked

How much does a roofing company website cost in Toronto?

A full platform from Elevance Labs runs $18,000 to $45,000, priced on how many services and service areas you cover. A two-week Recovery Sprint that fixes tracking, forms, booking and speed on your existing site is $2,500. Toronto agency rates for a content-heavy site of this scope generally run $15,000 to $40,000, and custom platform work runs higher.

How long does it take to build?

Eight to twelve weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on how many services and areas you cover. Our largest platform to date — 431 pages across nine practice areas and four offices — took twelve weeks. Most agencies quote four to six months for that scope because they write every page by hand.

Why do I need a separate page for each city I serve?

Because that is how people search. Somebody in Oakville searches "roof repair Oakville", not "roof repair GTA". A single Service Areas page listing thirty municipalities ranks for none of them. A dedicated page with local work, local pricing and local answers can rank for all of its own terms.

Will you build pages for areas I do not actually serve?

No. Pages for areas you do not cover are thin content, and Google penalises the whole domain for it — not just the page. We build pages only for services you genuinely offer in areas you genuinely serve.

Do I own the website when it is finished?

Yes, completely. It is standard WordPress, documented, with no proprietary page builder lock-in and no hosting hostage situation. Your team can edit it and you can move it to another studio at any time.

Can you fix my current site instead of rebuilding it?

Often, yes — and we will tell you if that is the better option. The two-week Recovery Sprint fixes tracking, form delivery, booking, mobile speed and your Google Business Profile for $2,500, and it gives you before-and-after numbers before you commit to anything larger.

How do I know the site is actually producing enquiries?

Every call, form and booking is tracked back to the page that produced it, and you get a report on the first of every month showing what changed and what it generated. If you cannot currently answer which pages bring you work, that is the first thing we fix.

What does AI optimisation mean for a roofing company?

People increasingly ask an assistant rather than searching — "who does emergency roof repair near me". Those systems read a website differently from Google, and most contractor sites give them nothing usable. We publish a machine-readable guide to your company and structure your pages so assistants can quote you accurately. Direct AI referrals are currently about one percent of web traffic, growing quickly, and the visitors convert better than search traffic.

Fifteen minutes. We'll tell you where your enquiries are going.

No deck, no discovery questionnaire, no budget form. We look at your site before the call so we arrive with something specific to say — and if you don't need a rebuild, we'll tell you that too.

Book a 15-minute call.

Fifteen minutes, no pitch. Tell us what the site is meant to do and what it is doing instead. If we are not the right fit we will say so and point you somewhere better.
