What this costs
Elevance Labs publishes its prices. A two-week Recovery Sprint that fixes tracking, forms, booking, speed and your Google Business Profile is $2,500. A full platform build — a page for every service in every area you serve, structured data, AI-readable, conversion tracking — is $18,000 to $45,000 and takes eight to twelve weeks. Ongoing growth work is $2,500 to $4,000 a month. Every engagement starts with a free audit, and there is no charge for that.

What moves the price
Three things, and none of them are how impressive the design is. How many services you offer — each one needs its own page written properly. How many areas you genuinely serve — a single location is a fraction of the work of twelve municipalities. Whether you need custom tools — calculators, estimators and quote flows are built, not installed.
A single-location clinic with six services sits near the bottom of the range. A multi-office firm covering nine service lines across a dozen municipalities sits near the top. We give you the number after the first call, not after a three-week discovery process you have to pay for.
Questions we get asked
Why do you publish prices when most agencies don't?
Because you should not have to book a call to find out whether we are in your range. Publishing filters out the conversations that were never going to work and means the ones we do have start from a real number. It costs us some enquiries and saves us far more time.
What decides where in the $18,000-$45,000 range a build lands?
Three things: how many services you offer, how many areas you genuinely serve, and whether you need custom tools such as calculators or quote estimators. A single-location clinic with six services sits near the bottom. A multi-office firm covering nine service lines across twelve municipalities sits near the top.
Is the Recovery Sprint just a cheap way in?
It is a real fix with a real outcome, and for most sites it is the correct answer. Two weeks, fixed fee, and you get before-and-after numbers. Plenty of clients do the Sprint and never need a rebuild, which is fine — we would rather be honest about that than sell you a platform you did not need.
Do you take payment in stages?
Yes. Platform builds are split across kickoff, midpoint and launch. The Sprint is a single fixed fee.
What is not included?
Hosting, domain registration, stock photography, professional photo or video shoots, and third-party software licences such as booking or CRM subscriptions. We will tell you what those cost before you commit — usually a few hundred dollars a year.
Is the growth retainer required after a build?
No, and we will not make you sign one. A build is complete and yours on launch day. The retainer exists because search results compound with new content, and most clients want that to keep happening without hiring someone.
What if we already have a developer?
Then the audit is still free and the findings are yours to hand to them. We are equally happy doing the strategy and letting your team build it.
Do you work outside Toronto?
Yes. Most of the work is remote and we have built for businesses across the GTA and Ontario. The sector pages focus on Toronto because that is where the demand and the search volume concentrate.
