For heating, cooling and plumbing contractors

HVAC website design in Toronto

Elevance Labs builds websites for HVAC contractors in Toronto and the GTA. A typical build covers every service in every area you serve — usually 60 to 200 pages — with 24-hour emergency capture, maintenance plan sign-up, rebate guidance and full call tracking. Builds take eight to twelve weeks and cost $18,000 to $45,000.

Nobody shops for a furnace. They shop for someone who can come today

HVAC demand arrives on the coldest night of the year and the hottest week of the summer, and it arrives as an emergency. The homeowner is not comparing brands or reading your About page. They are searching for someone who covers their area, can come quickly, and looks like they will pick up the phone.

That creates two problems most contractor websites never solve. The first is speed of answer: if your site takes six seconds to load on a phone on cellular data, a large share of those visitors are gone before they see your number. The second is coverage: a homeowner in Vaughan wants to see the word Vaughan, and a single Service Areas page listing thirty municipalities does not deliver that.

The other half of the opportunity is the part nobody builds for — maintenance plans. Recurring service agreements are the most profitable line in a heating and cooling business and the most neglected page on its website. A properly built plan page, with the terms clear and sign-up online, turns one emergency call into ten years of revenue.

What a build includes

Emergency capture that works at three in the morning

Twenty-four hour enquiry routing, immediate callback expectation set on the page, and a phone number that is a link on mobile rather than an image.

A page for every service in every area

Furnace repair in Mississauga, AC installation in Markham, ductwork in Scarborough — each written for the person searching that exact thing.

Maintenance plan sign-up online

Your most profitable product, given a real page with real terms and an online sign-up rather than a line on a PDF.

Rebate and incentive guidance

Federal and provincial efficiency rebates change constantly and homeowners find them confusing. Explaining them clearly is one of the strongest reasons to choose you.

Brand and equipment pages

People search by equipment brand. If you install and service it, it deserves a findable page.

Seasonal readiness content

Pages that are already ranking before the first cold snap, not published after it.

Call and form tracking on every page

Every enquiry traced to the page and area that produced it.

Structured for AI assistants

A machine-readable company guide so assistants recommend you accurately for emergency and installation queries.

Why twelve weeks, not six months

Not by cutting scope. Every page on your site starts from one structured record of your real services, real coverage areas, real prices and real answers — supplied by you, approved by you. Pages, structured data and internal links generate from that record, then every page gets a human editing pass before it ships.

That is why a build of this size is measured in weeks rather than months, and it is why we can afford to give you a page for every service in every area rather than one page that tries to cover everything. It is also the reason we will not build pages for services you do not offer or areas you do not serve — pages without genuine substance are penalised across a whole domain, not just the page.

Questions we get asked

How much does an HVAC website cost in Toronto?

A full platform runs $18,000 to $45,000 depending on how many services and areas you cover. A two-week Recovery Sprint that fixes tracking, forms, booking and mobile speed on your current site is $2,500.

How long does it take?

Eight to twelve weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on how many services and areas you cover.

When should I start if I want it ready for winter?

Start by early September. Search rankings take time to establish, so a site launched in November is competing during the season rather than before it. The same logic applies to cooling — a site built in March is ready for the first heat wave.

Do I need pages for every municipality in the GTA?

Only for areas you genuinely serve. Building pages for areas you do not cover is thin content, and Google penalises the whole site for it rather than just the offending pages.

Can you set up online booking?

Yes. Booking, dispatch handoff and after-hours routing are part of a standard build, and they matter more than anything cosmetic — roughly half of emergency enquiries arrive outside business hours.

What about maintenance plan sign-ups?

That is usually the highest-return page on an HVAC site and the one most often missing. We build it as a proper product page with terms, pricing and online sign-up.

Do I own the site?

Yes. Standard WordPress, documented, no lock-in, and you can take it elsewhere whenever you want.

What is AI optimisation and does it matter for HVAC?

People increasingly ask an assistant for a contractor rather than searching. We publish a machine-readable guide to your business and structure the pages so assistants can quote you accurately. Direct AI referrals are about one percent of web traffic today, growing fast, and converting better than ordinary search traffic — cheap to prepare for now, expensive to retrofit later.

Fifteen minutes. We'll tell you where your enquiries are going.

No deck, no discovery questionnaire, no budget form. We look at your site before the call so we arrive with something specific to say — and if you don't need a rebuild, we'll tell you that too.

Fifteen minutes, no pitch. Tell us what the site is meant to do and what it is doing instead. If we are not the right fit we will say so and point you somewhere better.
